Dr. Rupendra Goutam

Dr. Rupendra Kumar Gautam is an Asstt. Professor in the Department of Commerce at Government Mahakoshal Arts & Commerce Autonomous College, Jabalpur.

He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce (2008) from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur, with a doctoral thesis on "Bhartiya Jeevan Bima Nigam Me Sevivargiya Prabandh: Neetiya Avam Padhatiyan (Jabalpur Mandal ke Vishesh Sandarbh Me)." He completed his M.Com in 1995 from Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar.

Dr. Gautam has over 20 years of teaching experience in both undergraduate and postgraduate commerce programs. He has been actively involved in academic growth, participating in several national and international conferences and seminars. His key topics of presentation include New Education Policy 2020, Research Methodology in Social Science, Spiritual Science and Gandhian Thought, and Sustainable Agriculture Development.

He has also completed multiple Faculty Development Programs such as:

• - E-Content Development (Dec 2022)
• - Refresher Course in Commerce Management (Nov 2022)
• - 7-Day FDP on Teaching Techniques and Research Skills (Feb 2021)

Although he currently does not have published research scholars or journal articles, Dr. Gautam continues to contribute to academic initiatives through his active involvement in faculty training and seminars.
